Alvide View
God gave us the view. Everything else, we built.
80 m² of Azulejo and Potential
Blue-and-white tiles from floor to ceiling. A kitchen untouched since the 1980s. But up on the top floor — a pitched ceiling, a balcony, and a view of the Atlantic. A view like that, you design around.

Designed Around the Light
The pitched ceiling became the room's best feature. A crystal chandelier where fluorescent tubes used to be. Wood slats where azulejo covered every surface. The bedrooms hide behind the ripado wall — no handles, no door frames. Push and they open.

Maja Doesn't Do White
Lavender cabinets, pink tile backsplash, gold teardrop handles, and a gold faucet. This kitchen was designed to have a personality.

A Room That Didn't Exist
The original bathroom had a shower over a bathtub and tiles you'd find in a hospital. This one has a freestanding tub under a skylight, a walk-in rainfall shower behind glass, and a vanity carved from wood.

One Furnished. One Left Open.
The master got the full treatment — coral bedding, blue walls, textured art, brass reading lights. The second was left as open space — sloped ceiling, natural light, and room for the owner to decide.
