High floor. City views. Every room reimagined.
High floor. City views. Every room reimagined.
A dated two-bedroom apartment with tired finishes, dark interiors, and wasted potential. The layout was functional but everything else — from the old kitchen cabinets to the blue bathroom tiles — needed to go. The bones were there. The vision wasn't.

The living room anchors the apartment — a bold botanical wallpaper on one wall, a teal-painted fireplace surround, and a long sectional sofa that faces the city view through french doors. The dining table sits between the living area and kitchen, with a brass pendant light pulling the two zones together. Every surface was rethought — new flooring, new lighting, new plasterwork.

A compact kitchen that punches above its size — white cabinetry, open shelving, patterned backsplash tiles, and a breakfast bar with leather-topped stools. The window over the sink floods the space with natural light. Every centimetre was planned.

The main bathroom features a freestanding bathtub with a custom vanity unit, while the ensuite keeps things minimal with a walk-in shower and floating basin. Both share warm neutral tones and floor-to-ceiling tiling — different layouts, same attention to detail.

The master suite opens directly onto its own bathroom through a wide glass partition — more boutique hotel than apartment. The guest bedroom is bright, with balcony access and city views. Both rooms were rethought from the ground up — new flooring, new electrics, new everything.

This apartment was renovated for a well-known Portuguese celebrity. We're keeping her identity under wraps — but we can say she loved every detail.
