Dark interiors, blue bathroom tiles, kitchen cabinets from another decade. The layout worked — everything else had to go.

Bold wallpaper on one wall, a teal-painted fireplace, and a sectional facing city views through french doors. A brass pendant pulls the dining and living zones together. Every surface rethought.

White cabinetry, patterned backsplash tiles, leather-topped stools at the breakfast bar. The window over the sink does the heavy lifting. Compact — but every centimetre was planned.
One Suite. One Guest Room.
The master opens onto its ensuite through a glass partition — more boutique hotel than apartment. The guest room gets the balcony and the city views. Both rebuilt from the ground up.

Freestanding bathtub, custom wood vanity, floor-to-ceiling warm tiles. Designed to feel like a spa — not a standard Portuguese apartment bathroom.
A Familiar Face
This one was for a well-known Portuguese actress. Her name stays with us — but we can say she loved every detail.
